This hotel is a great value for money with spacious rooms, convenient basic amenities and an amazing location right next to the beach. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. I loved the attention to detail, such as the storage space before entering the room and the foot onsen on the balcony. The traditional Japanese aesthetic of the room was very charming.
The hotel could improve by providing more information in English, especially regarding air conditioning and meal availability.

I absolutely loved my recent stay at a charming inn in Shirahama. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The traditional tatami rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the full breakfast and dinner served in the room were truly exceptional. The meals were elaborate and delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes that changed daily. The highlight of my stay was the cypress tub on the balcony, filled with hot water from the town's hot springs. It was so relaxing to soak my legs in the tub while enjoying the evening breeze. Despite the slight noise from the road, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this inn for a truly authentic and memorable stay in Shirahama.

The hotel is in a prime location, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach. Our room was spacious and came with a private bath, which was a nice touch. The complimentary breakfast and dinner were delicious and well worth it.
The staff could have been more helpful, especially for non-Japanese speaking guests. There wasn't enough information in English, and we had a hard time figuring out how to use the air conditioning.

This traditional inn located in a prime location near the beach was a great find for a weekend getaway. The meals served in the room were elaborate and delicious, offering a true ryokan experience. The large room provided ample space and even had a cypress tub on the balcony filled with hot water from the town's hot springs. The staff was attentive and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay.
While the inn had its charms, there were some maintenance issues that affected our experience. The room had some problems, including a bathroom with a strange smell and a faulty bidet.
